LCDL is an independent graphic design studio based in Shenzhen, founded in 2016.
Our commissioned work primarily serves businesses and institutions, with graphic design at its core. We see design as a way of solving problems—organizing complex information and relationships into visual forms and systems that are clear, precise, effective, and adaptable.
Alongside commissioned work, our independent research is a way of raising new questions. Starting from everyday objects, materials, behaviors, and existing contexts, we explore design as a means of understanding and engaging with the world around us.
Across both, we remain curious, lighthearted, adaptable, and free.
The bolder, the better.
